A brief intro to The fear factor and information overload
The networks and social media that you should be on and why and a fairly detailed explanation of the pros and cons. Including the importance of it now that search engines are heavily indexing social media channels in search. (this is very important)
Intro to twitter and how to set up a twitter account and then how to use it for marketing
Intro to Facebook fan pages, how to set one up and then how to use it for marketing
Intro to blogs, the various ones available, how to set up both a blogger and a wordpress blog and then how to use it for marketing
Brief overview of the other networks you should have a small presence on. Youtube, linked-in, mobile media etc. etc.
A plan for how to use the 3 topics (including ones briefly touched on) and how to update them with one click. i.e. and also scheduling your time.
The literature for the sessions covers visual copies of how to set everything up including suggestions for topics to use online, most of the printed literature is not being covered in the seminar (its too much information, its for take home use)
